Coco Chanel, was an outspoken personality who changed the way women dressed with her revolutionary approach to fashion. Many of her words still resonate with us today, although I would argue that there are more colours than black, but that is a big discussion for another day!

Wise words indeed and this was before colour analysis was even a thing. That said, I would tweak this slightly to read; the best shade in the whole world, is the one that looks good on you. There are only twelve colours on a colour wheel (plus black and white) but there are over 10 million different shades. Never a truer word spoken. We sometimes forget the power of lipstick and how it can make us feel, especially over lockdown last year. Just remember to choose a knockout shade that complements your own colouring.

Fashion is very much of a temporary nature, a fad, whereas style is something more permanent and more individual.
